I've seen great results with her & a friend of mine lost a ton of weight while using her dvd's. She has a great testimony with WATP & was even able to be in one of the dvd's. ...I hate dieting and working out. Beat that. LOL<br /><br />I've been doing the Just Dance for Wii and practicing one song for about 30 minutes 3 times a week. I easily shed 5 lbs within a week of doing that. I gained it back though, because I've been sick and eating terribly! N...Warning! Jillian Michaels is a mean, mean lady!!<br />No, really, (I mean, she still is mean), but I like her work out DVDs (on mute). I have the 30 Day Shred and there are 3 levels, each 20 minutes. You can do Level 1 over and over again until you are cardio-comfy enough to move on.
